Whether he can come out of the experience unscathed is another story altogether. Fortunately, he’s managed to remain positive despite the odds.

As for food, Carter’s Mountain is a solid choice in the pre-dawn hour’s department. The place has a large smorgasbord of a menu that is sure to satisfy the most discerning feisty.

The area is sparsely populated in Oregon’s northeast corner and offers a host of outdoor activities. You can take in the scenery on a scenic train ride, raft a river or even get some exercise while zipping down a zipline.
